Richard graduated from Cambridge School of Veterinary Science in 1997. He has obtained a certificate in equine practice and a certificate in orthopaedic surgery. Richard has expertise and interests in all aspects of equine surgery and is an integral part of the surgical team.





Hani Milstein

Hani graduated from Cambridge University in 2001. After working in equine practice in Essex for 3 years, she travelled to Australia in 2004 to work with thoroughbred racehorses in training at Randwick Equine Centre, Sydney. Her roles involved racetrack work and sole charge of NSW Equine Quarantine. In 2005 she returned to the UK to join Bell Equine in Kent and develop the thoroughbred flat racing side of the practice.

Hani joined the Endell Equine Hospital team in 2008. Her areas of interest include equine sports medicine, lameness investigation and diagnostic imaging and she has a Certificate in Equine Surgery-Orthopaedics.

Rebecca Hamilton-Fletcher

Rebecca graduated from Bristol University in 1983 with honours. She worked in mixed practice in Bedfordshire, before spending a year as a resident vet at Whitcombe Manor Racing Stables.

In 1990 she moved to Salisbury where she spent several years running the equine department at Avon Lodge Veterinary Group, eventually taking it over herself as Woodlands Equine Practice. At the beginning of 2003 she merged with Endell Veterinary Group equine department.

Rebecca enjoys all aspects of first opinion work, and in particular the care of the older horse, internal medicine and dermatology.  She is an active member of the RCVS Riding Establishment Committee where she is responsible for training and maintaining the current list of Veterinary RE Inspectors. 




Charlotte Thomas
Veterinary Surgeon

Charlotte graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2003. She then worked in general equine practice in Hertfordshire before moving to Dorset. In Dorset she continued to further her interests in all aspects of equine practice. Charlotte joined the Endell Veterinary Group equine team in 2008. She particularly enjoys internal medicine and stud medicine work and has a Certificate in Equine Internal Medicine.

Heather graduated from Bristol Vet School in 2010. After 2 years in mixed practice, she did her internship with us here at Endell Equine Hospital.

After 3 years in equine practice in the Cotswolds and 2 years working and travelling around Australia and New Zealand (including 2 stud seasons, working as a polo groom and a cowgirl!), she is back with us!

Heather enjoys all aspects of equine work in particular breeding work. When not in work, Heather enjoys keeping fit, kickboxing and going to the races and point to points.



Katherine Gray
Veterinary Surgeon


Ambulatory Vet

Katherine graduated from Cambridge in June 2015. She then spent time travelling and volunteering in veterinary clinics, including time with the donkeys and horses at the SPANA equine clinic in Marrakesh. Following this she traveled down under to undertake a rotating equine internship at the Goulburn Valley Equine Hospital in Australia. This primarily involved anaesthesia, reproductive work, foal intensive care, looking after the inpatients and helping senior clinicians work up referral cases. Katherine is keen to gain experience in all aspects of equine first opinion work.
